NORA DHU is the City’s local artist.

Although rather reserved, this multi-chromatic-maker has one personal mission; to brighten up the place…or at the very least, attempt to do so.

Disguised by simplicity and boldness in design, after closer inspection, one finds her work to seemingly lay a finger on deeper issues, albeit subtle.

At the City, Dhu is also called upon, by the City’s governing institution, for the creation of the city’s PATRONUMS, who are in turn consecrated and distributed by Elly Argo; with whom Dhu has been sharing an intimate friendship for many years…
